I had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful diving vacation with Negril Scuba Center. It was a wonderful day spent diving the beautiful waters of the Caribbean Sea which are just jam packed with all sorts of wonderful and brilliant sea life.
We took a short boat ride out to the reef which is located very close to the wonderful Negril Beach where the scuba dive shop is situated and within about 10 minutes time we had our scuba gear fitted on and we were in the water. The waters around Negril offer excellent visibility in comparison to some other places I have been diving. Visibility was probably close to 100 feet I would guess. We could see the bottom clearly from the boat and it was over 60 feet.
Here are some photos of my dive with Negril Scuba Center.

Here are a few pics of the underwater sealife we find here in Negril Jamaica. The local waters of Negril are rich in a wide number of sea creatures including crabs, lobsters and other crustaceans as well as other animals such as sea turtles, snake and jellyfish to name just a few.
You never really know what you’ll see while diving in Jamaica but you can rest assured that you will see something. These pics were taken on scuba dives in Negril by guests who enjoyed their dive vacations with Negril Scuba.

Ready for the best vacation of your life in Negril Jamaica? A scuba dive trip where you actually swim with wild dolphins is the perfect way to enjoy your time in Negril and an excellent underwater adventure for any level of scuba diver.
The Caribbean waters are abundant and teaming with sealife and we enjoy them all but our closest and best friends are the many Bottlenose Dolphin that we find swimming alongside the boats as we travel or those that will even swim right up to you as you dive with the best dive shop in Negril Jamaica.
These photos show our guests enjoying a swim with dolphins in Negril Jamaica and a truly unique vacation experience that you will not find in many places in the world. Of course we cannot guarantee you’ll get this close to wild dolphins but if you want to take a chance and see if they like you enough then contact us for details on diving with Dolphins in Negril.

I’m not a professional diver or photographer and doing both of them at the same time has proven to be difficult for me but I am getting a little better. the first 100 pictures I took with my dive camera were pretty bad and I was starting to think they would never get any better but here are some of those that you can at least see something in the picture. Wish me luck on more dive trips with my new friends at Negril Scuba Center.

A mated pair of coral banded shrimp in some rocks on my shallow water dive trip. The Jamaican waters were kinda cloudy on our dive trip and visibility was not ideal but we had so much fun it didn’t really seem to bother anyone.

This large snail was pretty easy to snap a picture of and it came out a bit more clear than most of the other diving photos I have taken. I do think a better lighting system with my camera would realy help things. I guess I may need to look into one of those if I ever want those magazine looking photographs. Probably need one of those super magazine style cameras to go with it but that cut into my dive budget and would cost me a trip this year.

Thats the best picture I have of any of the wonderful tropical fish I have seen while diving in Negril Jamaica. These fish are so vibrant and colorful but the camera and conditions do not do them justice. you really do have to see it live in order to appreciate the beauty of it all. This Juvenile French Angel swims around a piece of brain coral as it trys to avoid me and the camera. It kept peeking in and out from under the coral and this was the better of about 15 shots I took of the same fish. I tried to entice it close to me but this was about the best I could get from most of the fish I came across on these trips. Seems I see more stuff when I don’t have my camera ready but I try to remember to bring it with on every dive trip I go on.
Anyone else have some dive pictures from Negril they want to share?

Here is a cool picture of some dive tanks waiting for the trip down the beach to the dive boats with the Negril Scuba glass bottom boat rocking in the waves of Negril Beach in the background. Morning dive trips are more popular because dive conditio0ns are generally better in the early morning sun and sea life are also more active just after the sun rises for the new day.
